| 摘 要： | 目的观察厄贝沙坦与美托洛尔联合应用对慢性充血性心力衰竭合并心律失常的治疗作用。方法观察100例慢性充血性心力衰竭合并心律失常患者，其治疗前后的自觉症状改善情况、Hoker判定心律失常变化。结果治疗前后的自觉症状改善情况和心律失常改善的结果经统计学处理后，治疗前、治疗后4周两比较后，P值均〈0．05，差异有统计学意义，治疗后在症状改善方面明显优于治疗前。结论厄贝沙坦与美托洛尔联用，能有效地治疗充血性心衰合并心律失常。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe irbesartan with metoprolol treatment of chronic congestive heart failure combined with arrhythmia. Methods Observated of 100 cases of chronic congestive heart failure in patients with arrhythmia. Before and after treatment, Observed the improvement of symptoms, heart rate, blood pressure, hoher determine arrhythmia. Results Before and after treatment of the heart rate, blood pressure, arrhythmia improved results were statistically processed, before treatment and after 4 weeks in heart rate, blood pressure, pairwise comparison, had significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. After treatment improvement in symptoms was significantly better than before treatment. Conclusion Irbesartan with metoprolol can effectively treat congestive heart failure associated with arrhythmias. |
