脑动静脉畸形的MRI和MRA诊断价值

摘    要:目的本文主要通过15例AVM临床试验研究MRA和MRI对脑动、静脉畸形诊断的应用价值。其中,15例采用3DTOFMRA与MRI检查,10例同时采用2DTOFMRA检查,结果为3DTOFMRA对脑动、静脉畸形的供血动脉、瘤巢显示良好,对引流静脉显示较差;2DTOFMRA对引流静脉显示好,对供血动脉及瘤巢显示差。3例AVM的MRA与DSA对照,MRA供血动脉显示率为85.7%,瘤巢与引流静脉显示率为100%。MRI对病灶部位定位准确。结论 AVM应同时做3DTOFMRA与2DTOFM-RA检查结并合MRI图像,为临床合理选择治疗方案提供依据。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of magnetic resonance angiography (MRA) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) for the evaluation of cerebral arteriovenous malformations. Methods Fifteen arteriovenous malformations patients were examined by 3D-TOF MRA and MRI and ten arteriovenous malformations patients were examined by 2D-TOF MRA and MRI. Results 3D-TOF MRA can display feeding arteries and tumor nests about cerebral arteriovenous malformation very clearly, but display draining vein badly. While the results of 2D-TOF MRA were converse. Combined with using DSA, in 3 cases of AVM, the display rate of feeding arteries using MRA was 85.7% and the display rate of tumor nests and drainage vein was 100%. MRI can locate the site of lesions very accurately.Conclusion Arteriovenous malformations patients should be examined not only by 3D-TOF MRA but also by 2D-TOFMRA. The images together with MRI image can provide the basis for doctors to choose the equitable treatment.
