探讨米非司酮与氨甲喋呤联合治疗宫外孕的临床效果

目的探讨米非司酮与氨甲喋呤联合治疗宫外孕的临床效果。方法回顾分析我院自2007年5月至2010年9月份收治的58例宫外孕患者的临床资料。结果治愈54例，占93．1％；失败4例，占6．9％。在治疗过程中，胃肠道反应21例，占36％，无骨髓抑制及肝肾功能损害现象。结论米非司酮与氨甲喋呤联合治疗宫外孕是一种创伤小、经济、安全有效的方法，值得临床推广。

The Clinical effect of mifepristone and methotrexate combination therapy in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy

Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effect of ectopic pregnancy treated with combination of mifepristone and metotrexate. Methods The clinical data of 58 cases of the ectopic pregnancy in our hospital from May 2007 to September 2010 were collected and analyzed. Results 54 cases were cured,which were 93.1% and 4 cases were not cured, which were 6. 9%. During the treatment,there were 21cases of the gastro-intestinal reaction, which were 36% without bone marrow suppression and liver function damaged. Conclusion The ectopic pregnancy treated with the combination of mifepristone and amethopterin is economical, secure and with little trauma and can be recommended in clinics.
