临床牙列缺损患者可摘局部义齿计算机辅助设计三维数据库的建立

目的通过对临床牙列缺损患者三维数字化可摘局部义齿的设计,建立临床牙列缺损患者三维数字化可摘局部义齿的数据库,为临床可摘局部义齿专家库的建立奠定基础。方法选择40例kennedyI-IV类上下颌牙列缺损患者,常规牙体预备、模型观测、模型处理、获取牙列缺损牙颌模型及人工牙的三维数字化数据、进行可摘局部义齿支架,基托的三维设计组成可摘局部义齿数据库。结果完成了40例临床牙列缺损患者可摘局部义齿的计算机三维设计,初步建立了数据库。结论临床可摘局部义齿三维数据库的建立为临床可摘局部义齿专家系统的研究奠定基础。

Establishment of computer-aided design of 3-D removable partial denture database for patients with dentition defects

Objective To establish the 3-D database of clinical patients with dentition defects in CAD of removable parture denture of clinical patients and help to lay the foundation for the establishment of 3-D denture expert system. Methods Firstly 40 patients with dentition defects were collected, according to Kennedy Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ and Ⅳ, tooth prepared, models surveyed, models dealed and 3-D data captured. Secondly the frameworks and bases of removable partial denture were designed to establish the 3-D denture expert of removable parture denture. Results Preliminarily, 3-D models of the RPD database were established based on 40 clinical cases of deture defect. Conclusion The establishment of 3-D computer aided denture expert system for clinical cases of RPD would be an important basis for the futher exploration of a 3-D computer aided expert system.
