胶束电动毛细管色谱法同时测定感冒软胶囊中4种活性成分

目的 建立中药复方制剂感冒软胶囊(羌活、麻黄、桂枝、葛根、黄芩、川芎、防风等)中盐酸麻黄碱、盐酸伪麻黄碱、葛根素及黄芩苷4种活性成分同时测定的胶束电动毛细管色谱法.方法 以甲醇提取样品,电泳缓冲液为10 mmoL/L磷酸氢二钠-20 mmol/L硼酸(pH8.0),内含20mmol/L十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)及体积分数分别为27％(v/v)异丙醇和18％(v/v)乙腈作有机改性剂,采用75 μm(i.d)×60(ef50)cm的未涂层弹性石英毛细管柱,0.5psi(进样时间6 s)压力进样,分离电压30 kV,紫外检测波长214 nm,温度25℃.结果 4种活性成分在23 min内获得基线分离,盐酸麻黄碱、盐酸伪麻黄碱、葛根素和黄芩苷的线性范围分别为1.5～200μg/mL(r=0.999 4)、2.4～150 μg/mL(r=0.999 8)、1.8～120μg/mL(r=0.999 1),4.5～300μg/mL(r=0.999 1),检出限分别为0.50、0.80、0.60、1.5μg/mL(S/N=3).样品加标回收率在91.0％～109％之间,相对标准偏差均小于3.2％.结论 本法简便、快速,具良好的精密度和回收率,已成功用于实际样品的分析.
