| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨肾原发性平滑肌肿瘤的临床特征、组织来源、形态学、免疫表型特点及鉴别诊断.方法 对2例肾平滑肌瘤及2例肾平滑肌肉瘤进行常规HE染色及免疫组化染色,并结合临床资料对其临床病理特征进行分析.结果 4例肾平滑肌肿瘤组织学及免疫组化染色均显示平滑肌源性肿瘤特点,其中平滑肌瘤瘤细胞形态温和,平滑肌肉瘤则恶性生物学特征.2...
