| 摘 要： | 目的:建立土垅大白蚁菌圃多糖的分析测试方法,并进行不同产地,不同采集时间样品测定.方法:采用薄层色谱法和苯酚-硫酸比色法.结果:18个土垅大白蚁菌圃多糖样品的水解产物,均检测到D-葡萄糖、D-半乳糖、D-木糖等单糖组分,其总多糖含量为14.34%-23.91%,回收率为99.98%,RSD为0.738%.结论:该方法简便、准确、可靠,可为评价该药材质量标准提供参考.
