机械通气患者床边纤维支气管镜诊疗的护理配合

目的：对65例机械通气肺不张患者行床边纤支镜治疗的护理配合。探讨机械通气的过程中，容易并发呼吸机相关性肺炎、肺不张，床边纤支镜吸痰技术在危重患者的气道管理上和治疗上的重要价值。方法：操作前做好患者准备及抢救药品、物品的准备，操作中严密观察病情，注意做好呼吸机监护及吸引器管理。结果：本组69例次的床边纤支镜诊疗操作，通过操作前后的胸片复查，提示肺不张好转；血气分析氧分压、氧饱和度均有改善（P〈0．05），所有操作均一次成功，无1例严重并发症发生。结论：护理配合是顺利进行纤支镜治疗的关键。
