| 摘 要： | 1980年1月至2002年4月间我院共诊治右心房黏液瘤6例，超声心动图均显示右房内肿块，其中5例在全麻体外循环下手术治疗，完整切除肿瘤，术中及术后病理证实为右房黏液瘤。术后无死亡，随访6个月至5年，结果满意，未见复发。早期准确诊断和积极、及时手术是治疗右房黏液瘤的最好选择。

| Abstract: | Six patients with right atrial myxomas were treated in our hospital from Jan. 1980 to Apr. 2002. Echocardiography confirmed the diagnosis in all patients.Operation were performed in 5 patients under the cardiopulmonary bypass, they all received the complete excision, and all patients survived the operation. Follow up results were excellent. No evidence of recurrence was found. Surgical resection, when possible, is a treatment of choice for all right atrial myxomas. |
