丹龙定喘丸治疗哮喘缓解期患儿63例临床观察

目的观察丹龙定喘丸治疗小儿哮喘缓解期的临床疗效。方法将122例哮喘缓解期患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用丹龙定喘丸治疗,对照组予氟替卡松气雾剂吸入治疗。观察患儿治疗前后临床症状、体征以及外周血嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)计数、免疫球蛋白E及肺功能变化。结果治疗组总有效率为92.06%,对照组为93.22%,两组比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后EOS数目均明显下降(P<0.01),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后第1秒钟用力呼气容积、最大呼气流速均明显改善(P<0.01),但两组间比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。结论丹龙定喘丸治疗哮喘缓解期患儿,具有降低EOS浓度及气道阻力的作用。

A Clinical Observation on Danlong Dingchuan Pill for 63 Cases of Paracmastic Asthma in Children

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Danlong Dingchuan Pill for paracmastic asthma in children. Methods Totally 122 cases of paracmastic asthma were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Danlong Dingchuan Pill was used in treatment group,while Fluticasone aerosol in control group.Symptoms,signs,eosinophils (EOS) counts,immunoglobulin E and pulmonary function were observed before and after treatment. Results The total effective rates of treatment and control groups were 92.06% and 93.22% respectively.There was no significant difference between both groups(P>0.05).After treatment,EOS counts decreased significantly in both groups(P<0.01),especially in treatment group(P<0.05); forced expiratory volume in one second and peak expiratory flow improved obviously in both groups(P<0.01),without significant differences in group comparison(P>0.05). Conclusion Danlong Dingchuan Pill can reduce the concentration of EOS and airway resistance for paracmastic asthma in children.
