| 摘 要： | 〔目的〕探讨HIV感染者/艾滋病病人的CD4＋T淋巴细胞数与淋巴细胞总数（tota1 lymphocyte count,TLC）的相关性,了解用TLC预测CD4＋T淋巴细胞数的可行性。〔方法〕采用SPSS14.0统计软件分析136例HIV感染者/艾滋病病人,共计144对TLC与CD4＋T淋巴细胞数之间的相关性。根据敏感度、特异度、功效率、阳性预测值和阴性预测值,预测CD4〈200个/μl和CD4〈350个/μl时的TLC最佳临界值。〔结果〕CD4＋T淋巴细胞与淋巴细胞总数间呈显著正相关（r=0.6281,P〈0.01）。用TLC〈1300个/μl预测CD4〈200个/μl敏感度为42.42%,特异性为91.74%,功效率为81.17%,阳性预测值为58.33%,阴性预测值为85.38%;用TLC〈2 200个/μl预测CD4〈350个/μl敏感度为72.50%,特异性为76.19%,功效率为74.39%,阳性预测值为74.36%,阴性预测值为74.42%。回归方程：CD4＋T淋巴细胞数（个/μl）=16.708＋0.158×总淋巴细胞数（个/μl）。〔结论〕在条件有限的地区,可以用淋巴细胞总数预测CD4＋T淋淋巴细胞数，监测HIV感染者疾病的进展情况，粗略判断抗病毒治疗的疗效。
