广州市体检人群高尿酸血症患病情况及相关疾病分析

目的了解广州市人群高尿酸血症患病情况与相关疾病的发生情况. 方法随机抽取2004年在广东省人民医院健康体检人群26 621例的资料进行高尿酸血症患病率及相关疾病的发生率统计分析. 结果 26 621例高尿酸血症患病率为21.8%,男性患病率27.9%,女性患病率12.4%,男性显著高于女性.高尿酸血症患病率随年龄的增长而升高,不同年龄组之间统计学有差异.高尿酸血症组中高脂血症、高血压、高血糖、冠心病、脂肪肝等发生率显著高于血尿酸正常组. 结论广州市高尿酸血症患病率高于国内其他地区,并随年龄增长而升高,高尿酸血症组相关疾病的发生率高于尿酸正常组,提示高尿酸血症在人们代谢性疾病的发展过程中起着重要作用,应引起人们重视,积极防治.

The incidence of hyperuricemia in 26 621 health checkup persons in Guangzhou City and analysis of associated diseases

Objective To analyze the incidence and related diseases of hyperuricemia in the population in Guangzhou City. Methods 26 621 people who received medical check-up in Guangdong Provincial People's Hospital were included in this analysis. Results The incidence of hyperuricemia was 21.8%. The incidence in men(27.9%) was significantely higher than that of women(12.4%). The incidence rates of hyperuricemia inereased with age, there was a significant difference among differcnt age groups. The incidence rates of hyperlipemia,hypertension,diabetes, coronary heart discase, liver lipopexia in hyperuricemia group were significantely higher than that of normal group. Conclusion The incidence of hyperunricemia in Guangzhou is higher than that of other areas in China and the incidence increases with age. Hyperuricemia plays an important role in the development of metabolic diseases. Thus attention be paid to the early diagnsis and treatment of hypeuricemia.
