社区居民健康基线调查报告

目的为了解和分析社区居民的主要健康问题及其需求,以推进社区卫生服务的顺利开展,控制慢性非传染性疾病的发病率和死亡率,提高社区居民的健康水平。方法采用入户调查的方法对广州市萝岗区东区、永和街(社区)880户居民3363人进行问卷调查,并随机抽取307人测定血糖、血脂。调查数据经SPSS软件进行统计学处理。结果通过社区调查发现东区、永和街居民对社区卫生的了解程度仅为27.4%,参加合作医疗人数为79.4%,血脂异常、高血压初患病率分别为45.9%、27.0%,结合相关危险因素经logistic回归分析显示:年龄、体重指数、肥胖、超重及吸烟等成为前位的影响因素。结论大力宣传,提高社区卫生服务中心知名度,加强社区卫生服务内涵建设,动员全社会力量,加强慢性病的防治工作,特别是危险因素干预。

The Report of Health Baseline Investigation among Community Residents

OBJECTIVE To investigate and analyze the main problem and requirements about residents health.In order to promote the successfully development of community health service,control the incidence and morbidity of chronic non-infectious diseases,and improve the level of residents health.METHODS Investigation by visiting household,3 363 people among 880 household in north district of Luogang district Guangzhou city were required and write down their questionnaires,307 people by random sample were measured blood-glucose and blood-fat,then synthesize and analyze all of the survey date by SPSS10.0 statistical software.RESULTS We find that people who know about community health service just only 27.4% in north district and Yonghe street,people who participation cooperative medical care are 79.4%,the attack rate of abnormal blood-fat and hyperpiesia are 45.9% and 27.0% respectively.After synthesize the correlated risk factor,logistic regression analysis show that:The forth influence factor are age,weight index,fatness,overweight and smoking.CONCLUSION To elevate the well-known of community health service by forcefully propaganda,strengthen sanitation construction,mobilize the whole society to enhance prevention and cure of chronic disease,especially interference on risk factor.
