奈尔斯全身红光治疗系统对治疗单纯疱疹临床疗效观察

目的观察奈尔斯全身红光治疗系统对治疗单纯疱疹的治疗效果。方法对31例单纯疱疹患者进行全身红光照射并常规口服阿昔洛韦800mg/d与单纯疱疹患者20例（采用常规治疗）相对照,比较治疗前后病灶愈合情况。结果疗效：31例患者中痊愈29例（93.5%）,显效1例（3.2%）,有效1例（3.2%）,无效0例（0%）,总痊愈有效率为96.7%。结论奈尔斯全身红光治疗系统对单纯疱疹具有操作简单,安全无副作用,能改善单纯疱疹的自觉症状,延长复发时间有效改善患者的生活质量,是一种值得推广的理疗方法。

Niles Red Light Therapy System for Treatment of Systemic Herpes Simplex Clinical Observation

Objective To observe the red light Niles systemic treatment system for treating herpes simplex of the therapeutic effect.Methods 31 cases of herpes simplex in patients with systemic red light irradiation,and conventional oral acyclovir 800mg/d in patients with herpes simplex（20 cases with conventional treatment） in contrast to compare the healing of lesions before and after treatment.Results Efficacy：31 patients were cured in 29 cases（93.5%） were cured,1 case（3.2%）,effective 1 case（3.2%）,ineffective 0 cases（0%）,total cure rate was 96.7%.Conclusion Niles systemic red light therapy system of herpes simplex with a simple,safe and no side effects,can improve the symptoms of herpes simplex,to extend the recurrence time to effectively improve the quality of life of patients is a therapeutic approach worthy of promotion.
