摘    要:目的:观察电子线照射对大鼠脊髓损伤(SCI)后运动功能恢复的影响。方法:36只SD雌性大鼠随机分为假手术组、损伤组和照射组,采用改良Allen’s法制作大鼠脊髓T7~T8损伤模型,照射组在损伤后1 d给予20 Gy电子线照射,损伤组不给予任何干预。采用BBB评分法评定后肢运动功能,免疫荧光组织化学方法观察损伤后4周损伤灶周GFAP表达情况,Western blot对GFAP和生长相关蛋白-43(GAP-43)进行半定量检测。结果:假手术组大鼠运动功能不受影响,损伤组大鼠BBB评分损伤后明显下降,以后逐渐恢复,到4周时达平台期,照射组BBB评分高于损伤组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。免疫组织化学结果显示损伤后4周损伤组的损伤灶周形成胶质瘢痕,照射组未形成明显的胶质瘢痕,GFAP表达较损伤组弱,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Western blot结果显示SCI后4周损伤组和照射组的GFAP表达较假手术组明显增多,照射组较损伤组减低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);照射组的GAP-43表达较损伤组增强(P<0.05)。结论:电子线照射可以抑制脊髓损伤后胶质瘢痕的形成,促进运动功能恢复。
