降脂冲剂与辛伐他汀治疗2型糖尿病合并脂肪肝临床对比研究

目的 对比降脂冲剂与辛伐他汀治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并非酒精性脂肪性肝病(NAFLD)的疗效及安全性.方法 随机选取2010年9～12月我院初次入院T2DM合并NAFLD患者60例,其中治疗组30例:给予降脂冲剂；对照组30例给予辛伐他汀20～40 mg,每晚口服.治疗6个月后复查肝功能、血脂系列等指标,评价疗效.结果 治疗6个月后治疗组和对照组患者甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、丙氨酸转氨酶分别为(2.20±0.42)mmol/L vs(2.43±0.78)mmol/L、(3.11±0.63)mmol/L vs (3.23±0.49) mmol/L、(24.60±9.84)U/L vs (32.83±20.31) U/L,较治疗前明显改善；治疗组在改善肝功能方面明显优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 降脂冲剂治疗T2DM合并NAFLD安全有效,疗效肯定.

Comparative study of therapy between lipid-lowering granules regimen and simvastatin in type 2 diabetes complicated fatty liver disease

Objective Contrasting the effects and safeties of lipid-lowering granules and simvastatin in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus（T2DM） with fatty liver. Methods Sixty cases of T2DM with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease （NAFLD） who were first hospitalized in our hospital from September to December in 2010 were randomly selected. Among them,30 cases were selected as treatment group and they were treated with lipid-lowering granules; others served as control group and they were treated by oral administration of simvastatin, 20-- 40 mg. After 6 months of treatment, repeated tests of indicators,such as liver function,lipid series were made. Then, the therapeutic effects were evaluated. Results After treating with lipid-lowering granules, the levels of serum TG, LDL-C and alanine aminotransferase of patients were （2.20 ± 0.42） mmol/L vs （2.43 ± 0.78） mmol/L, （3.11 ±0. 63） mmol/L vs （3.23±0.49） mmol/L, （24.60 ±9.84） U/L vs （32.83±20.31 ） U/L, the indexes were improved significantly as compared with before treatment. The treatment group achieved better therapeutic effects than the control group in improving liver function（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Lipid-lowering granules are effective and safe in treating T2DM with fatty fiver disease.
