某企业职工职业健康体检脂肪肝检出率分析

目的 探讨某企业职工脂肪肝的患病情况.方法入选在职职工1562人为调查对象,清晨空腹静脉采血,分别测定血清总胆固醇(TC),血清甘油三酯(TC),空腹血糖(FBG),血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT),并做超声检查.采用横断面调查方法对空腹血生化检测及腹部彩超检查结果进行分析.结果企业职工脂肪肝231例,检出率14.79%,在受检年龄段脂肪肝患病率随年龄增长而增加,其中男性检出率14.50%,女性检出率6.89%,男性明显高于女性(P<0.01).脂肪肝组的血脂和空腹血糖明显高于非脂肪肝组(P<0.01).40～50岁为检出率最高年龄段,20～30岁为检出率最低年龄段.结论关注企业在职职工的职业健康体检,并重视对危险因素检查和干预,对改善血脂代谢,预防心血管病的发生,有着积极重要的作用.

Correlation analysis and prevalence rate of fatty liver among factory staff

Objective To explore the prevalence rate of fatty liver.Methods Totally 1562 staff members were enrolled in this study.The total cholesterol(TC),total triglyceride(TG),and fasting blood glucose(FBG) were separately tested by drawing the early morning empty stomach blood specimens,and abdomen type B ultrasound inspection was conducted.Results Altogether 142 cases of fatty liver were found.The prevalence rate of fatty liver increased with age.The prevalence rate of male 14.50%,famale 6.89%.Theprevalence rate of fatty liver of maies was significantly higher than that of females(P<0.01).The levels of blood lipid and FBG in fatty liver staff members were significantly higher than those in non-fatty liver ones(P<0.01).40~50 age is the highest.20~30 age is the lowest.Conclusion Focus on enterprise on-the-job workers’ the occupational health examination and pay more attention to risk factors check and intervention.To improve blood lipid metabolism prevent the happening of cardiovascular disease has a positive role.
