摘    要:在豚鼠离体左心房,小蘖硷(Berberine,Ber)10~(-4)M能明显增强收缩力32±8%,延长FRP38%,降低肾上腺素(Adr)诱发自律性之闽浓度,但不明显影响兴奋性。在豚鼠离体右心房上,Bcr除增加收缩力22±7%外,还明显减慢自搏频率15%,并能桔抗Adr的正性频率作用,但对其正性肌力作用则无影响。以上结果可能与Ber的抗心律失常作用有关。

Abstract:In the isolated left atria of guinea pigs, Berberine ( Ber) 10-4 M was found to enhance the contractility by 32±8%, prolong the functional refractory period ( FRP ) by about 38% and increase the auto-maticity induced by adrenaline ( Adr ) but no influence upon its excitability was observed. In the spontaneously beating atria, Ber, in addition to its positive inotropic effect (+22±7%),showed negative chronotropic action (15%) .The chronotropic action of Adr was antagonized by Ber but not its positive inotropic effect. These results suggest that the pharmacological effects may be relevant to its antiarrythmic action.
