慢性病生活质量量表的开发与跨文化调适：以IBDQ为例

随着疾病谱的重大改变和医学模式的调整，面对主要影响人类健康的慢性疾病，以往单纯的临床医学治疗指标，已经难以评价客观指标以外患者身心受到的折磨。从慢性病患者的生活质量评价及研究现状、慢性病QOL量表的开发以及量表的跨文化调适等方面介绍了引进国外量表的过程，以促进我国慢性病研究的水平，提升慢性病患者的生活质量。

The Development and Cross-Cultural Adaptation of Chronic Disease Quality of Life Scale: An Example from IBDQ

As the changes of disease spectrum and the adjustment of medical model, chronic diseases are the major factors affecting human health. The past simple clinical indicators have difficult to evaluate patients by diseases other than mental and physical torture. Since the 70s of last century, the quality of life evaluation was continuous developed, in recent years, the domestic scholars keep paying attention to the quality of life through the introduction of many foreign mature scales. In this process, some scholars have neglected the domestic scale introduction with the scientific process required. In the paper, we took the IBDQ （ Inflammatory Bowel Disease Quality of Life Questionnaire） scale cross - cultural adaptation procedure as example, described the process of introducing foreign scales.
