| 摘 要： | 目的：观察不同剂量米非司酮配伍米索前列醇对稽留流产的疗效,探讨稽留流产治疗的用药剂量。方法：将560例稽留流产患者依服药剂量分为2组。组1：280例晨起空腹口服米非司酮25mg,2次/d（至少间隔8h）,连服3d,共150mg,72h后晨起空腹口服米索前列醇片0.6mg（每次服药前后2h禁食）;组2：280例晨起空腹口服米非司酮50mg,2次/d,连服3d,共300mg,米索前列醇片用法同组1。观察2组疗效。考虑2组孕周有差异,故进行〈12孕周和孕12～20周分层分析。结果：2组完全流产率、不全流产率、失败率均无显著性差异（均P〉0.05）。〈12孕周的患者完全流产率、不全流产率、失败率2组比较无显著性差异（均P〉0.05）;孕12～20周的患者组1完全流产率、不全流产率和失败率均与组2存在显著性差异（均P〈0.01）。结论：大剂量米非司酮配合米索前列醇治疗孕12～20周稽留流产疗效更好。
