可调式胃电刺激器的不同参数对比格犬的摄食调节作用

目的：建立比格犬胃造瘘及胃电刺激器植入模型,观察胃电刺激对摄食量的影响,并筛选能够抑制犬摄食量的胃电刺激参数。方法：对8只比格犬进行了胃造瘘及可调式胃电刺激器的植入,每只动物进行假刺激及波宽为0.3～9ms不同参数的胃电刺激。观察胃电刺激下犬摄食量及症状的变化,筛选有效刺激参数。结果：胃电刺激可显著减少犬的摄食量,无严重并发症出现。每只犬的有效刺激参数呈现明显的个体化。结论：胃电刺激治疗肥胖需要采用个体化的刺激参数,可调式胃电刺激器较传统的胃电刺激器更有优势。

Effects of adjustable gastric electrical stimulator with different parameters on the food intake of Beagle dogs

Objective：To establish the effects of adjustable gastric electrical stimulation（GES）on the food-intake and deriving the optimal parameters in a canine model.Methods：Eight dogs were each implanted with a gastric cannula and an adjustable stimulator.GES with trains of short-pulses：10mA,2s-on,3s-off,40Hz and a series of pulse widths（0.3ms～9ms）were performed.Food intake and symptoms during acute GES were observed to find the most effective parameters.Results：GES may significantly inhibit beagle dogs＇food intake without causing any serious complication.The effective parameters vary greatly among the subject beagle dogs to demonstrate remarkable distinctions for each dog.Conclusion：The parameters of GES should be individualized in treating obesity and adjustable GES may have an advantage over the traditional GES.
