酒石酸亚铁比色法测定黄鹂芽中茶多酚的含量

摘    要:目的测定黄鹂芽茶中茶多酚的含量。方法采用国家标准酒石酸亚铁比色法,在535nm处测定吸光度,用对照品标准曲线法测定黄鹂芽茶中茶多酚的含量。结果茶多酚在10~100μg.L-1呈良好的线性关系;回归方程:Y=8.104 X-0.000 9,r=0.999 8,平均加样回收率为96.5%,RSD为2.1%(n=5)。结论酒石酸亚铁比色法测定茶多酚准确、可靠,可作为黄鹂芽中茶多酚的含量测定方法。

Abstract:Objective To determine tea polyphenol(TP) in leaves of Pistacia chinensis Bunge.Methods Ferrous tartaric acid colorimetry was used to determine the content of TP at 535 nm according to the standard curve.Results Tea polyphenol had good liner relationship at 10-100 μg·L-1.The regression equation was as follows:Y=8.104X-0.000 9(r=0.999 8),the recovery was 96.5%,and RSD=2.1%(n=5).Conclusion The ferrous tartaric acid colorimetry method is sensitive and accurate,which can be used for the determination of tea polyphenol in leaves of Pistacia chinensis Bunge.
