| 摘 要： | 目的：提高对类风湿性关节炎合并非霍奇金氏甲状腺淋巴瘤临床和病理特征的认识。方法：复习类风湿性关节炎合并非霍奇金氏甲状腺淋巴瘤临床资料文献并分析1例患者的临床过程。结果：患者确诊类风湿性关节炎治疗15年,病情稳定后发现双侧甲状腺肿大弥漫性病变,手术病理确诊为甲状腺非霍奇金弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤（DLBCL）,经R-CHOP方案化疗6个周期并给予局部放疗后病情稳定。结论：类风湿性关节炎合并非霍奇金氏甲状腺淋巴瘤的病例正在增加,两者可能有相同的发病机制,早期发现,预后好。 |
