| 摘 要： | 目的研究酸枣仁总皂苷对行为绝望小鼠抑郁模型的影响。方法采用小鼠强迫游泳实验和悬尾实验抑郁模型,小鼠行为绝望的不动时间作为指标,考察酸枣仁总皂苷抗抑郁活性。结果酸枣仁总皂苷中、高剂量组均能减少小鼠强迫游泳和悬尾不动时间,与空白对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论酸枣仁总皂苷具有一定的抗抑郁作用。
