| 摘 要： | 目的探讨监测-培训-计划(MTP)方法对珠海地区门诊上呼吸道感染病种抗菌药物使用的干预影响,促进抗菌药物的合理使用。方法按照合理用药国际网络合理用药指标(SDUIs)设定调研指标,采用WHO推荐的MTP方法多中心大样本进行干预研究。结果 6家医院在经过2~4轮MTP干预后抗菌药使用百分率平均下降了62.34%,使用抗菌药针剂平均下降了78.17%,平均抗菌药费下降了66.11%,其他指标均有改善。结论采用MTP干预方法提高抗菌药物的合理性使用具有可行性和有效性,一定程度上改善了抗菌药物的不合理使用状况。 |
