| 摘 要： | 目的通过临床药师对食道癌患者的药学监护,促进食道癌患者药物治疗的合理规范。方法临床药师主要从规范化疗方案的选择、关注药物不良反应、用药细节等方面入手,对多例食道癌患者开展药学监护。结果临床药师对化疗方案的选择、不良反应的防治、抗肿瘤药物的给药次序、溶媒的选择、抗菌药物的选用等方面与医师共同制定方案,患者顺利完成化疗。结论临床药师通过对食道癌患者的药学监护,可协助医师更合理的选择用药方案,及早发现并防治药物不良反应的发生,为保证合理有效的用药起到积极的作用。
