| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨急性髓系白血病（AML）与银屑病之间的关系,并分析伴有银屑病AML患者的染色体核型及疗效特点。方法：调查本院2004～2010年100例AML患者银屑病的发生率,并应用G显带技术分析AML患者染色体核型。结果：AML患者中银屑病伴发率为8%（8/100）,其中7例为AML-M3,1例为AML-M5。AML-M3患者的银屑病伴发率为25.9%（7/27）,显著高于非M3患者伴发率1.4%（1/73）和总体伴发率8%（均P〈0.05）。AML-M5患者银屑病伴发率为5.3%（1/19）,其它AML亚型未发现伴有银屑病。73例获得染色体核型患者中,非重现性结构异常发生率13.7%（10/73）。伴银屑病AML患者非重现性结构异常发生率为50%（3/6）,伴实体瘤AML患者发生率为100%（2/2）,均高于不伴银屑病或其它实体瘤的AML患者发生率7.7%（5/65）（P〈0.05）。AML-M3中2例伴t（15;17）平衡易位之外结构异常患者均达到完全缓解。结论：伴银屑病的AML患者中以AML-M3较为多见,伴银屑病AML患者染色体核型容易出现非重现性结构异常,伴银屑病AML-M3中染色体非重现性结构异常可能对疗效无影响。
