特发性黄斑视网膜前膜

为观察６０例６７眼特发性黄斑视网膜前膜的临床特点和视力预后，并探讨其程度分期。用荧光造影，９０Ｄ前置镜或三面镜裂隙灯作检查。结果①视网膜前膜多发生在老年人，本组占９６．７％，单眼发病占８８．３％，双眼发病占１１．７％，左右眼发病无差异。②玻璃体后脱离占６１．２％。③按程度分期：一期３８只眼占５６．７％，二期２１只眼占３１．３％，三期５只眼占７．５％。４．３６例（６４．３％）视力在０．５以上。结论：视网膜前膜为一老年性病变，病情发展缓慢，视力预后好。有明显膜形成者作玻璃体切割和膜剥离术可改善视力。

Idiopathic preretinal macular membrane

To examine the clinical characteristics and visual prognosis in 67 eyes of 60 patients with idiopathic preretinal macular membrane,and to explore the stages.By using fluorecein angiography and 90D mirror or three mirror and slit lamp biomicroscopy.Results.1.Idiopathic preretinal membrane usually occured in the elderly,about 96 7% in our study.88 3% of patients had unilateral and 11 7% had bilateral involvment.there was no difference in left and right eye.2.Of 67 eyes with Idiopathic preretinal membrane,41 cases(61 2%) had posterior vitreous detachment.3.The membrane formation was divided in three stages,in this study,38 eyes(56 7%)in first stage,21 eyes(31 3%)in second stage,5 eyes(7 5%)in third stage.4.The visual acuity in 36 cases(64 3%)was above 0 5 Conclusion.Our results suggest that idiopathic preretinal macular membrane is a disease in the elderly,Progress of the disease was slow,The visual prognosis is usually better.If the patient had distinct membrane formation,it is possible that the visual acuity would be improved after vitrectomy and membrane peeling.
