| 摘 要： | 观察中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变（中浆）１４８例（１５１只眼）患者的眼底荧光血管造影，分析其荧光造影的改变与视力预后的关系。根据荧光造影时荧光素渗漏形态分析，圆点扩大型７４只眼占６７．３％，烟囱型２６只眼占２３．６％，不规则型１０只眼占９．１％。视网膜色素上皮脱离２７只眼占１７．９％。荧光素渗漏的部位：黄斑中心区占６．２６％，旁中心区占７９．０％，周围黄斑区占２４．４％。结论：渗漏部位与视力预后有密切关系，渗漏面积大小与视力预后关系不大，视网膜色素上皮脱离与视力预后有关。

| Abstract: | To examine the leakage sites and visual prognosis of 148 patients (151 eyes) with central serous chorioretinopaty.Method:To determine the leakage sites and types by using fluorescein angiography.Results:The types of leakage sites:round type 74 eyes,67 3%,smokestack type 26 eyes,23 6%,irregular type 10 eyes,9 1%,retinal pigment epithelial detachment 27 eyes,17 9%,leakage sites:foveda 6 26%,parafovea 79 0%,perifovea 24 4%,Conclusion:There is a close relationship between the leakage site and visual prognosis,while no relationship between the leakage extent and visual prognosis,retinal pigment epithelial detachment effects on visual prognosis. |
