| 摘 要： | 为评价房水引流器植入术治疗新生血管性青光眼的疗效。回顾分析１２例应用房水引流器植入术治疗的新生血管性青光眼病例。结果：房水引流器植入术治疗新生血管性青光眼成功率７５％，优于睫状体冷凝术；其并发症主要有前房积血、导管阻塞、导管脱出、低眼压等。结论认为房水引流器植入术是治疗新生血管性青光眼的一种较为有效的方法。

| Abstract: | To evaluate the effect of the aqueous shunting device for neovascular glaucoma.12 cases of neovascular glaucoma treated by the aqueous shunting device implantation were prosepectively analysed.Results:The aqueous shunting device implantation for neovascular glaucoma had sucessful outcomes in 75%,and was prior to cyclocryotherapy.Its complications were mainly hyphema,membrane tube block,tube retraction,hypotension et al.Conclusion:The aqueous shunting device implantation for neovascular glaucoma was an effective treatment. |
