| 摘 要： | 目的评价玻璃体切除术在摘除眼内异物中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析行玻璃体切除术摘除眼内异物42例,术后平均随访6月。结果玻璃体切除术治疗眼后节异物,异物摘除成功率100%,术后视力较术前明显提高,并发症发生率低。结论玻璃体切除术能有效地取出眼内异物,同时能一次性治疗其并发症,挽救眼球,提高视力。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of vitrectomy treatment of intracular foreign bodies.Methods 42 cases（42 eyes） who were suffered from intralcular foreign bodies were analyzed retrospectively.All eyes were followed up from 6 months to one year.Results Foreign bodies removed successfully in 42 eyes（100% ）,visual acuity improved in 35 cases.Conclusion Vitrectomy for posterior segment intracular foreign bodies has advantages of intuition,accurate,safety,reduced complications. |
