| 摘 要： | 【目的】探讨老年人肺部真菌感染的相关因素。【方法】对我们收治的60例老年性肺部真菌感染患者的资料进行回顾分析，寻找其感染菌群的病原体及可能与真菌感染相关的因素。【结果】老年性肺部真菌感染主要菌群为白色念珠茵，其发生可能与下列因素密切相关：基础疾病、抗生素的应用、低蛋白血症、糖皮质激素的应用。【结论】老年性肺部真菌感染主要茵群为白色念珠菌，基础疾病、抗生素的应用、低蛋白血症、糖皮质激素的应用可能是肺部真菌感染的相关危险因素，而中医药在治疗该病方面有独特的优势：
