原发性胆囊癌中survivin和nm23H1表达及其临床病理的相关性研究

探讨survivin(SVV)和nm23H1蛋白在原发性胆囊癌组织中的表达与癌组织类型、病理分级和转移状况的关系,以及SVV与nm23H1表达之间的相关性。应用免疫组化方法检测52例胆囊腺癌、20例胆囊腺瘤和20例慢性胆囊炎组织中SVV和nm23H1表达水平。结果显示,在胆囊癌中SVV和nm23H1表达阳性率分别为67．3％和51．9％。SVV高表达和nm23H1低表达与胆囊癌的分化程度、浆膜浸润和转移密切相关(P<0．05)。SVV表达与nm23H1蛋白表达呈负相关(x2=5．71,P<0．05)。检测SVV和nm23H1基因蛋白表达可作为评价胆囊癌生物学行为的参考指标。

Study on the relationship between the expression of survivin and nm23H1 and their clinicopathologic significance in primary gallbladder carcinoma

To study the relationship of the expression of survivin (SVV) and nm23H1 protein with histological type, pathological grading and metastasis. Immunohistochemical method was used to investigate the expression of SVV and nm23H1 gene in 52 cases of gallbladder carcinoma, 20 eases of gallbladder adenoma and 20 cases of chromic cholecystis. The positive rate of SVV and nm23H1 was 67. 3% and 51. 9% , respectively. The high level expression of SVV and the low expression of nm23H1 were positively correlated with the pathological gvading, serosa infiltration and metastasis in gallbladder carcinoma (P<0. 05). The expression of SVV was a reverse correlation wth nm23H1 expression in gallbladder carcinoma (x2 =5.75, P<0.05). Expression of SVV and nm23H1 could be helpful in predicting the biological behavior and prognosis of gallbladder carcinoma.
