| 摘 要： | 目的：观察逆行切除翼状胬肉并自体角膜缘干细胞移植术的疗效。方法：对61例、67眼翼状胬内由体部向头部逆行切除，取2mm宽下方角膜缘干细胞的结膜瓣移植到巩膜暴露区。结果：术后随访6个月-2年，3眼复发，复发率4．48％。结论：逆行切除翼状胬肉并自体角膜缘干细胞移植术复发率低、美容效果好。
