隆乳术后纤维包囊挛缩致乳房硬化的处理

目的:分析隆乳术后纤维包囊挛缩致乳房硬化的临床特点、成因;介绍新的处理方法和经验。方法:对220例隆乳术患者术后跟踪观察,发现出现明显的乳房硬化的20例,共24只乳房,行纤维囊松解术 确炎舒松A囊腔局部浸润处理。结果:经一至二次处理后挛缩基本消除,较果满意。结论:乳房出现纤维挛缩硬化后最有效的解决办法应该是纤维囊松解术,此基础上加用确炎舒松A有助抑制挛缩的再发生。
