姜黄素纳米制剂的研究进展

摘    要:姜黄素具有抗肿瘤、抗炎、抗氧化等作用,但由于姜黄素水溶性差,生物利用度低等缺点,在临床上应用受到限制。纳米给药系统具有提高难溶性药物生物利用度、降低药物不良反应、靶向性给药等特点。目前多种姜黄素纳米制剂,如姜黄素固体脂质纳米粒、脂质体、纳米粒等的实验研究结果表明,其能改变姜黄素药动学和药效学,有效提高姜黄素生物利用度及靶向性,进而提高姜黄素的有效性。该文就姜黄素固体脂质纳米粒、脂质体、纳米粒等方面的研究进展进行综述。

Advances in Nano-drug Delivery Systems for Curcumine

Abstract:Curcumine has the function of anticancer, antiinflammatory, and antioxidation, but the clinical application is limited by its poor aqueous solubility and low bioavailability. Nano-dmg delivery system has gained much attention as novel carriers for antieancer drugs, because it has the properties of enhancing the solubility of poorly water soluble drug, reducing the adverse reaction and increasing the target efficiency of the drug. A variety of curcumine loaded nanocarriers such as solid lipid nanoparticles, liposome, nanoparticle, etc. are already under research and the results showed that nanoparticle formulation could change pharmaco- kinetics, pharmacodynamics of curcumine, improve the bioavailability and target efficiency, thus improve the effect of curcumine. Here reviews the advances in the nano-drug delivery systems for curcumine from the perspectives of solid lipid nanoparticles, liposome, and nanoparticle.
