运动对心肌损伤标记物的影响及意义

目的观察运动对健康青年人心肌损伤的影响。方法无长期耐力训练健康青年人30名，分别于跑前、跑后即刻和4h后抽血，并测定血清心肌型脂肪酸结合蛋白（H-FABP）、肌酸激酶心肌型（CK-MB）、肌红蛋白（Mb）、肌钙蛋白T（CTnT）和计算Mb／H-FABP的比值。结果H-FABP在运动后4h为（17．26±0．987）ng／ml，显著高于运动前的（16．52±0．46）ng／ml（P〈0．01），而CK-MB、Mb、CTnT和Mb／H-FABP比值无显著变化（P〉0．05）。结论5000米越野跑可致未经适应性训练的健康青年人H-FABP轻度升高，推测与运动致心肌细胞膜损伤有关。

Effects of Sports on Myocardiac Marker and Its Significance

Objective To observe the influence of sports on heart of healthy young men. Methods The levels of heart fatty acid-binding protein（H-FABP）, creatine kinase-MB（CK-MB）, myoglobin（Mb） and tropinin-T（CTnT） were measured in serum of 30 males, aged from 18 to 20 years before and post-exercise immediately and 4 hours later. Results The levels of H-FABP at post-exercise 4 hours were （ 17.26 ± 0.99） ng/ml, much higher than those before exercise（ 16.52±0.46） ng/ml（P 〈0.01） and CK-MB, Mb and CTnT had no significant differences before exercise and post-exercise immediately and 4 hours later. Conclusion 5 km-running would result in increment of the level of H-FABP in serum and it is supposed that the higher level of H-FABP is associated with injury of myocardiac cells induced by the exercise.
