| 摘 要： | 目的:分析艾滋病(AIDS)肺部感染患者的临床资料,了解疾病临床症状,探讨其中医发病机理。方法:统计43例AIDS肺部感染患者的一般资料,观察症状、舌脉表现,分析内在规律。结果:43例患者出现频率最高的症状分别为气喘促、乏力、咳嗽、咳痰、腹胀、腰膝酸软;舌质黯淡,苔黄腻或白腻,脉沉滑。结论:肺、脾、肾虚损,痰湿(浊)瘀内生为AIDS肺部感染患者基本病机。
