| 摘 要： | 李秀亮老师认为小儿支原体肺炎属于中医＂痉咳＂的范畴,治疗上除从肺论治外,还应从肝论治,调肝理肺,并将小儿支原体肺炎辨证分为4型,即：肝经风热型、木火刑金型、阴虚肺燥型、横逆犯脾型,收到了满意疗效。

| Abstract: | Tutor Li Xiuliang thinks that children mycoplasmal pneumonia belongs to paroxysmal spasmodic cough of TCM,we should treat children mycoplasmal pneumonia from liver besides the lung.Smoothing the liver and promoting the dispersing function of the lung.And divides into 4 types by TCM,which are wind-heat syndrome of the liver channel,cough due to disorder of the liver channel,dryness of the lung,violate spleen.The clinical curative effect is satisfied. |
