乙肝患者血清HBV-DNA含量与性激素水平的相关关系

目的 :探讨性激素对乙肝患者病毒含量的影响及二者的相关关系。方法 :采用 PCR核酸扩增酶免定量技术进行血清 HBV- DNA含量 ,放射免疫法检测性激素含量。结果 :男性乙肝患者 HBV- DNA含量与血清睾酮 ( T)呈显著正相关 ( r=0 .5 2 ,P<0 .0 0 1 ) ,与雌二醇 ( E2 )、孕酮 ( P)呈显著负相关 ( r=- 0 .65 ,r=-0 .81 ,均 P<0 .0 0 1 ) ,女性患者 HBV- DNA含量与性激素无显著相关关系。结论 :性激素对男性患者 HBV-DNA含量有调节作用 ,可以通过调整性激素平衡来控制人体 HBV感染。

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE CONTENT OF HBV-DNA AND THE LEV EL OF SEX HORMONE IN SERUM OF PATIENTS WITH HEPATITIS

Objective:To investigate the effects of sex hormones on the virus content of patients with hepatitis and their correlation.Methods:Quantitative test of HBV DNA in serum was conducted by PCR ELISA.The levels of sex hormones were tested by radioimmunoassay (RIA).Results:The content of HBV DNA in serum of male patients with hepatitis was positively correlated with testosterone (T) in serum ( r=0 52, P <0 001) and negatively correlated with estradiol (E 2) and progesterone (P) ( r=-0 65,r=-0 81,P<0 001 ).There was no obvious correlation between HBV DNA content and sex hormone level in female patients.Conclusion:Sex hormones regulate HBV DNA content in serum of male patients.HBV infection of the human body can be controlled by balancing sex hormones.
