应用循证护理预防全髋关节置换术后下肢深静脉血栓形成

目的探讨循证护理在全髋关节置换术后预防下肢深静脉血栓（deep venous thrombosis,DVT）的干预方法。方法采用回顾性对照方法,将患者分为对照组和实验组,将循证护理实施前收治的33例患者列为对照组;循证护理实施后收治的27例患者列为实验组。对照组采用常规护理方法,实验组运用循证护理方法,即根据病人情况,提出临床护理问题-下肢深静脉血栓（DVT）;查阅相关资料,寻找循证支持;循证的观察与应用。比较两组患者DVT的发生率、对疾病知识的掌握情况及满意度。结果实验组患者有2例发生DVT,对疾病相关知识的掌握情况及满意度明显提高,两组患者比较差异有统计学意义,P〈0.05。结论应用循证护理预防全髋关节置换术后DVT是积极有效的,在临床护理领域中实施循证护理具有良好的发展前景。
