摘    要:肿瘤坏死因子家族成员B淋巴细胞刺激因子(BLyS)与其受体BAFF-R、BCMA和TACI特异性结合后,启动下游MAPK和NF-κB等抗凋亡信号通路,是维持免疫细胞生存、分化以及成熟的重要因素。该文就BLyS/BLyS-受体介导信号转导通路调节免疫细胞功能,参与免疫性疾病的发生以及各信号通路间的相互调控予以综述。

Abstract:B lymphocytes stimulating factor of the TNF family,binds to its different receptors,BAFF-R,BCMA and TACI,then activates downstream signaling pathway,such as MAPK and NF-κB signaling,which are essential for the development of immune cells survival,differentiation and maturation.In this paper,BLyS/BLyS-receptor mediated signaling pathway involved in the immunological diseases through regulating immune cells function and the interaction between each signaling pathway are reviewed.
