| 摘 要： | １９９７年４－７月在莆田、福州、霞莆等地区抽抽查部分人群及家养畜禽粪便等，首次在猪、鸭、羊、鸡、鸽等５种动物中检出３种不同类型的Ｏ１５７大肠杆菌，其中Ｏ１５７：Ｈ７与Ｏ１５７：ＮＭ各８株，Ｏ１５７：Ｈ？５株，同时在１位腹泻患儿中分离到此菌。本文不这些Ｏ１５７分离菌株的生物学特性包括形态、生化，致病性以及药物敏感性等进行了实验，发现不同来源、不同类型的Ｏ１５７大肠杆菌都可致使小鼠发病死亡。在防治工作

| Abstract: | Three different types of E. coli O157 were first1y isolated from feces of five kinds in domestic ani-mals (pigs, chicks, doves. ducks and goats) and a diarrhoeal child in Putian, Fuzhou and Xiapu from April toJuly 1997. These E. coli O157 included 8 strains of O157: H7, 8 strains of O157:NM and 5 strains of O157:H?.The biological character (morphology, biochemical, pathogenic ability and drug sensitivity) of the strains weretesed and discussed. |
