| 摘 要： | 建立荧光定量ＲＴ－ＰＣＲ检测肿瘤细胞ｍｄｒ－１基因表达的方法，了解肺癌组织中ｍｄｒ的表达水平。方法：建立荧光定量ＲＴ－ＰＣＲ方法，在ＰＥ７７００型检测仪上定量检测Ｋ５６２／ＡＤＭ耐药株和Ｋ５６２不耐药株细胞ｍｄｒ－１有达水平，同时检测４５例初治肺部肿瘤病人组织标本。
