ICU工作人员对手卫生认知程度的调查分析

目的:了解ICU工作人员对手卫生的认知现状。方法:采用自制调查问卷方式,现场调查ICU工作人员对手卫生的认知现状,探讨不同工作人员之间的认知差异。结果:在对手卫生指征的认知中,对直接接触病人前后、进行侵袭性操作前、接触黏膜、不完整皮肤及伤口敷料后、准备食物前、接触体液或排泄物后等方面回答正确率在95%以上,而在摘手套后、接触紧邻病人的物品(包括医疗器械)后、接听手机前、接听手机后等方面回答正确率分别为94.6%、86.0%、78.5%、53.8%。对使用手套的认知中,对戴手套前需要洗手、处理同一病人从污染部位移到清洁部位时要更换手套认知正确率分别90.3%和88.2%。对快速手消毒剂4项内容的认知正确率分别为80.6%、84.9%、86.0%、55.9%。结论:加强相关知识的培训,提高手卫生认知,从根本上增强手卫生的依从性。

Investigation and analysis the cognition degree of staffs on hands health in ICU

Objective：To study the cognition status quo of ICU staff＇s knowledge about hands health. Methods：With a self-designed questionnaire,we solicited feed-back about hands hygiene from ICU staff and analyzed the differences. Results：The correct rate was above 95% of question-answering related with hands hygiene before/after some operations,such as before/after physical contacting with patients,before invasive nursing operation,after contacting with mucous membranes,injured skin and wound dressing,before food preparation and after touching body fluid or excrement. However,the correct rate related to hands hygiene after taking off gloves is 94.6%; after touching objects closed to the patients（including medical instruments） was 86%; before and after answering the cell phones were 78.5%/53.8% respectively. 90.3% staff are aware of washing hands before wearing gloves,and 88.1% of them remember to change gloves before moving their hands from patient＇s contaminated body part to clean one. The correct rates of staff＇s knowledge about instant hands disinfectant are 80.6%,84.9%,88.1%,55.9% respectively. Conclusion：ICU staff need to enhance the compliance of washing hands fundamentally by gaining relative knowledge about hands hygiene from more training.
