| 摘 要： | 目的 了解化工行业职工的安全意识、态度和行为现状，找出其中的薄弱环节。方法 对上海某化工区2家化工企业581名化工行业职工进行随机抽样调查。结果 尽管化工行业职工的安全意识较强，但安全态度较差，安全行为不够规范。年龄较小和工龄较短的职工的不安全行为更为明显。结论 化工企业应尺快建立安全文化体系，解决职工安全意识与安全态度、安全行为相分离这一问题。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study current situation and weak link of workers safety consciousness,attitude and behavior in chemical industry.Methods Subjects were randomly sampled from 2 chemical enterprises in a chemical industry area.581 chemical workers were interviewed.Results Although workers had a relatively strong sense of safety,however,their safety attitude and behavior were not as good or normative enough especially for those who were younger and/or with less work experience.Conclusions A safety culture system should be built in chemical industry so that workers safety consciousness could cope with their safety attitude and behavior. |
