| 摘 要： | 目的 观察美罗华治疗老年自身免疫性溶血性贫血(AIHA)的作用.方法 采用常规方法和美罗华两种方法,对该科收治的老年AIHA患者进行治疗,观察美罗华的治疗效果.结果 美罗华治疗组血红蛋白水平较常规方法回升快(P<0.05),两种方法均未见严重的不良反应.结论 美罗华治疗老年AIHA患者安全、有效.

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effects of Mabthera on the treatment of elderly patients with autoimmune hemolytic anemia(AIHA).Methods Elderly patients with AIHA were enrolled and treated with normal method(control group) or with Mabthera(experimental group).The effectiveness and adverse effect for both groups were observed.Results The recovery of hemoglobin was faster in Mabthera group than that in control group,and no serious adverse effect was observed in both groups.Conclusion Mabthera was safe and effective ... |
