| 摘 要： | 目的通过对该地区男性生殖道标本中解脲支原体(Uu)和人型支原体(Mh)的检测及耐药现状分析,提出合理的用药对策。方法对463例男性泌尿生殖道感染患者进行Uu、Mh培养及体外药敏实验,分析其耐药现状。结果男性泌尿生殖道感染患者中,Uu感染的阳性率为38.0%,Mh阳性率8.2%,两者混合感染阳性率为3.6%。药敏实验结果显示,交沙霉素、强力霉素、美满霉素和克拉霉素对Uu及Mh的敏感率均大于80.0%;而环丙沙星对Uu及Mh的敏感率最低,分别为11.3%和16.0%。结论支原体在男性泌尿生殖道感染患者中感染率较高,耐药性也日趋严重。临床应选用敏感率较高的抗支原体药物,以提高治疗效果。
