中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎60例临床观察

目的观察中西医结合方法治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法将120例符合诊断标准的门诊及住院患者随机分为两组,治疗组60例和对照组60例。对照组60例应用抗生素常规治疗,治疗组60例在对照组治疗基础上联合中药内服和保留灌肠,对照组和治疗组均以连续治疗10 d为1个疗程,连续治疗3个疗程。观察两组的临床疗效和不良反应。结果经过3个疗程的治疗后,治疗组总有效率为96.7%,对照组总有效率78.3%,两组临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论抗生素联合中药内服和保留灌肠治疗慢性盆腔炎,患者症状消失或好转均较单纯西医治疗效果好,其疗效明显优于单独用西药,是治疗慢性盆腔炎的有效方法。

Clinical Observation of 60 Cases of Chronic Pelvic Inflammation Treated with Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on chronic pelvic inflammation treated with integrated Chinese and western medicine.Methods 120 outpatients and inpatients that were coincident with the diagnostic standard of chronic pelvic inflammation were divided randomly into a treatment group and a control group.60 cases in control group were treated with conventional therapy with antibiotics.60 cases in treatment group were treated with internal application of Chinese medicine and retention enema on the basis of the treatment as control group.All the cases in control group and treatment group were treated continuously for 10 days as 1 session.Totally,3 sessions of continuous treatment were required.The clinical efficacy and adverse reaction were observed in two groups.Results After 3 sessions treatment,the total effective rate was 96.7% in treatment group and was 78.3% in control group,presenting statistical significant difference in comparison of efficacy between two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion The combined treatment of antibiotics with the internal application of Chinese medicine and retention enema achieves a better efficacy of relieving or improving in the symptoms of the patients as compared with simple western medicine treatment.The efficacy of it is apparently superior to that of simple medication.Hence,this combined therapy is an effective approach to the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation.
