| Abstract: | Objective To determine the amount of dentritic cells(DC) and the subtypes of T lymphocytes in the peripheral blood to evaluate the immune function in patients with tumors at advanced stage.Methods Peripheral blood samples were collected(49 patients and 11 healthy controls) and examined for the subtypes of DC,including PDC,with immunophenotype of CD85K+CD123+CD(16+14)-and MDC,with CD85K+CD123+(16+14)-,and of T lymphocytes.Results The levels of MDC,PDC and CD3+/CD8+ of patients group were significantly lower ... |
